Wear Parts Supply
The switches and temperature controllers are the parts that are the most easily to be worn. Therefore, we will send you spare parts in the quantity of 1% to the total quantity of your order with the delivered goods. The delivery cycle is usually 15 to 30 days after the confirmation of the order, depending on the order.

Warranty
Normally, the warranty period of our products is one year. If clients need longer time, we can make agreement with each other to extend the warranty period for the heating bar of the gas deck oven to 5 years. Within the warranty period, we offer repair service as well as return and exchange services, except for the damage caused by force majeure or human error. According to the order quantity, we will offer certain amount of damageable spare parts used within the warranty period.
