Answer: we have been exported to Southeast Asia and Middle East, Africa. Like Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Dubai, Pakistan and Singapore, ect. In the future, we will develop Europe market as well.
3. Question: Have you been participated in international exhibition or Canton fair?
Answer: Yes, we have been participated in IBA 2009 and 2012, Indonesia food and packing exhibition, Meanwhile we take part in Canton fair every year since 2004.
4. Question: How long is your machine’s warranty? How to repair if machine occurs problems?
Answer: We will send some parts with machine when delivery, the parts value equals to 1% of total machines value.
